Solfeggio

Solfeggio Frequencies are a set of healing tones that date back centuries, also known as Solfa or solfège, are said to be the fundamental sounds used in both Western Christianity and Eastern Indian religions, used by the Gregorian Monks and in ancient Indian Sanskrit chants, they include a range of sound vibrations that have numerous beneficial effects on our mind, body, and soul.

Physician and researcher, Dr. Joseph Puleo, rediscovered Solfeggio frequencies in the 1970s, bringing their benefits back into public awareness. In his research, he used mathematical numeral reduction to identify six measurable tones that bring the body back into balance and aid in healing.

Solfeggio frequencies are believed to profoundly affect the conscious and subconscious mind in order to stimulate healing and promote vitality. Thanks to Puleo’s work and the renewed interest, many scientists have since unearthed more evidence supporting the positive effects of these frequencies on the human body and mind.

Today there are 9 solfeggio frequencies, well known for their healing and balancing properties, each having its own special effect, as highlighted in the below image.

Solfeggio frequencies do not require headphones, but for optimal absorption of the frequencies in their purest form possible, they are highly recommended.
